Organisations do not have to meet any formal reporting requirements or official time commitments to be a member of the IFRS Sustainability Alliance. The IFRS Sustainability Alliance is designed to be a resource to organisations. That said, members are expected to have an intentional commitment to learn about and support efforts to build a global baseline of sustainability disclosures for the capital markets.
Companies can join the IFRS Sustainability Alliance even if they do not do not disclose information in accordance with the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, SASB Standards or Integrated Reporting Framework. Many companies have joined the IFRS Sustainability Alliance to learn more about these resources and their use in the market to aid in their companies’ efforts to build out those capabilities internally.
Nearly all members are listed on this page, with a few exceptions of organisations that choose to remain anonymous.
