Enhance your products and services with globally accepted IFRS Accounting Standards

IFRS Standards can be used free of charge for non-commercial purposes, such as preparing corporate disclosures. Any other use, including integration into products and services, requires a license from the IFRS Foundation. The Foundation is a not-for-profit, public-interest entity, so 100% of its licensing income goes toward further advancing our standard-setting work.

Why license IFRS Accounting Standards?

  • Global consistency—IFRS Accounting Standards are used for financial reporting in more than 140 jurisdictions around the world. Licensing these Standards helps you align your financial products or services with international requirements, making them more appealing to multinational clients and partners.
  • Enhanced credibility—Using IFRS Accounting Standards enhances the credibility of your products and services, because clients and stakeholders can trust that your offerings align with globally accepted Accounting Standards.
  • Easier integration—Access IFRS Accounting Standards in a format that can be seamlessly integrated into your systems, products and services.
