Location: Canary Wharf, London. All staff are currently hybrid working.

Who we are looking for

As Executive Coordinator you will work together with a team of other Coordinators to provide support across the organisation. Each Coordinator has their own responsibilities, providing support for a project team(s).

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and coordinating regular consultative group meetings involving external and internal participants.
  • Setting up and managing logistics for meetings as requested by individual technical staff; updating diaries; booking rooms and AV equipment.
  • General administrative support undertaking ad hoc projects as and when required.

What you will bring

The successful Executive Coordinator will be a positive and motivated individual with a flexible attitude who is able to assume responsibility for a range of tasks and who enjoys helping to make the lives of others easier.

Candidates who wish to be considered for this role must also have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar team support role.
  • Excellent organisation skills; ability to effectively plan and manage work; ability to respond to conflicting demands on an urgent and ad-hoc basis and prioritise workload appropriately.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrate a strong team ethic, a positive and proactive attitude, and excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
