We are holding a series of live webinars in different languages to discuss the International Accounting Standards Board’s preliminary views included in the Discussion Paper Business Combinations—Disclosures, Goodwill and Impairment, which set out possible ways to improve the information companies provide to investors, at a reasonable cost, about the acquisitions those companies make.
The webinar will be held on 7 July 2020 at 3 pm (BST)/11 am (Brasília Time) in Portuguese. Tadeu Cendon, a member of the Board, and Gustavo Olinda, a member of the technical staff, will provide an overview of the Discussion Paper.
Participants will be able to submit questions during the webinar.
A recording of the webinar will be available on the project page and on our YouTube channel after the live discussion.
