Oliver Gottlieb

Biography
Oliver is a senior equity analyst. He is part of the global equities team at HSBC Global Asset Management. From 2012 to 2018 Oliver managed UK equity portfolios, and prior to that he covered the European market as an analyst. He has over a decade of experience of using financial statements to help him identify businesses that can sustainably generate long-term economic value.
Oliver has been a member of several CFA UK working groups. Most recently he participated in the CFA UK’s response to the International Accounting Standards Board’s exposure draft on general presentation and disclosures.
Oliver graduated with a first-class degree in economics from Exeter University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds the CFA UK’s Certificate in ESG Investing.
