IFRS Foundation Trustees issue amendments to the Constitution
The Trustees of the IFRS Foundation, responsible for the oversight and governance of the Board, issued narrow-scope amendments to the IFRS Foundation's Constitution, adjusting the appointment terms for the Trustee Chair and Vice-Chairs.
IFRS Foundation Trustees announce appointments to the IFRS Advisory Council from 2019
The Trustees confirmed the appointment of 12 new individuals and the reappointments of five individuals to the IFRS Advisory Council.

IASB to propose one-year deferral of insurance contracts Standard
The Board voted to propose a one-year deferral of the effective date for IFRS 17, the new insurance contracts Standard, to 2022.
