Episode seven of our webinar series ‘Perspectives on sustainability disclosure’ will focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting and explore how businesses can prepare disclosures under IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures. Greenhouse gas disclosures will become an integral part of mainstream financial reporting for jurisdictions that adopt IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards (ISSB Standards).

This webinar will outline how the ISSB Standards support GHG emissions disclosures that are accurate, reliable and decision-useful. This episode will also provide an overview of carbon accounting and how the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHGP) and IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures align.
