Every five years we undertake an Agenda Consultation to seek the views of investors and other stakeholders to help the IASB develop its work plan. This is an important opportunity to influence our work. The most recent consultation began in 2020—register your interest in participation.

The IASB is responsible for the development and publication of IFRS Accounting Standards. You do not need to be a accountant to become an IASB member—the IASB combines recent practical experience in setting accounting standards; in preparing, auditing or using financial reports; and in accounting education.
