Oversees the IFRS Foundation’s policies aimed at promoting ethical behaviour and high standards of professional integrity, and advises on potential matters relating to Trustees, board members and senior staff members that might lead to actual or perceived conflicts of interest. The Committee also provides advice to the Trustees’ Chair on governance matters.
